It is definitely worth investing time for senior staff to take the opportunity to stop and reflect on their own mental health and well-being.  Colleagues identifying positive characteristic traits for one another, was a really valuable exercise, focusing on the positives and recognising personal strengths across the team.  A thought-provoking workshop.

The training was very informative and there were activities used that I can actually use within the classroom.

A really powerful session to support mental health and well-being. It is fascinating to consider how we can work together to support one another and spot the signs of stress, to enable us to support those around us- at work and at home.  Also to think how we can be proactive in taking steps to positively enhance our own well-being. Thank you so much.
