It was an absolute pleasure to welcome Frederika to our school. After the past two years in uncertain times, her energy, enthusiasm and knowledge re-centered our focus upon staff and pupil wellbeing, personal development and character strengths. The parent session generated purposeful and reflective dialogue and promoted a collaborative approach to celebrating our children and supporting them to be the best that they can be. Centered around research, as a school we are excited to continue our character strengths based journey. A must for all schools.

It is definitely worth investing time for senior staff to take the opportunity to stop and reflect on their own mental health and well-being.  Colleagues identifying positive characteristic traits for one another, was a really valuable exercise, focusing on the positives and recognising personal strengths across the team.  A thought-provoking workshop.
