A really powerful session to support mental health and well-being. It is fascinating to consider how we can work together to support one another and spot the signs of stress, to enable us to support those around us- at work and at home.  Also to think how we can be proactive in taking steps to positively enhance our own well-being. Considering the session was remotely run, it really was very good.  I imagine Fred in face to face sessions would be incredible, but she still managed to make it feel like she was in the room with us.
