… we were extremely impressed by her ability to develop a strong relationship with local school leaders … Her dedication, commitment and hard work were instrumental to the success of the project.

Cheshire West and Chester Council Public Health Team worked in partnership with Frederika on a project to improve the mental health and wellbeing of school senior leadership teams.

When working with her, we were extremely impressed by her ability to develop a strong relationship with local school leaders.  She built up a relationship of trust through demonstrating her excellent knowledge and understanding of both mental health and the education system.

We were able to rely on her to lead the project without additional support and guidance, which was extremely important at a time when the council was also delivering an emergency response and unable to offer the usual level of support for commissioned projects.

Her dedication, commitment and hard work were instrumental to the success of the project.  Feedback from the schools has been extremely positive and identified several of Frederika’s key attributes such as her warmth, knowledge and approachable nature as well as her excellent ability as a trainer.  We would be extremely happy to work in partnership with Frederika in the future.
