The RWS Programme was developed by a Paralympian, a Cancer Conqueror and a Bounce-Back Mum to help pupils develop life-long skills in improving their resilience, their overall wellbeing and their success in all areas of their lives. ​

RWS is a programme that runs flexibly (to fit in with your school’s timetable), typically over 9-11 lessons.

It includes presentations, activities with lesson plans, videos and self-assessment/evaluation.

The RWS programme is mapped against Ofsted ‘Outstanding’ criteria.
